1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of purchase.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Contact our customer support team at sales@kuoga.shop with your order details.
- We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
- Sale items are final sale unless defective.
4. Exchanges
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
