1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
  • Sale items are final sale unless defective.

4. Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
